Returns

We stand behind our fabulous products 100% at Lilo and Lou. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, we will be happy to exchange, substitute your item or issue a refund. Please notify our customer service department at info@liloandlou.com or call toll free 1.855.LILOLOU (545.6568) to request an RMA number. You must obtain an RMA number in order for us to accept a returned item.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days of notification. Please note that shipping and handling is non-refundable. If you receive an item that has been damaged in the process of mailing, we will send you an immediate replacement upon receipt of your item. We cannot accept returned used goods due to health codes. Special Delivery

Next day delivery is available upon request and at an extra charge. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Designing dogs at home!

You can email us at info@liloandlou.com with photos of your beloved, furry friends enjoying their designer dog bed duvets, dog pillow shams and padding pouches. We love to see how your dog’s bedding set has become part of your home décor! You can also fax or mail us photos, questions, or comments. Your dog might be a winner in our monthly “Look-Book Contest” which will feature your posh pet and several others on their fashionable, designer Lilo and Lou pet décor!

Gift Shop at Lilo and Lou

Gift certificates can be purchased through Lilo and Lou. Click on our gift certificate link and fill out a personal message to the lucky receiver! Each gift certificate arrives tastefully wrapped and ready for presentation with a Lilo and Lou “Look Book” to view the designer items for purchase.

Gift Wrap is available upon request for an additional $2.00 per item. Your package arrives in our signature Lilo and Lou gift wrap and topped off with a lovely, satin ribbon. A printed gift card is included at no extra charge.

Shipping prices are standard and applied at checkout. Overnight shipping is additional.
